Being out\-of\-network simply means we do not have a direct contract with your insurance provider. It does not mean we don't take your insurance. When out\-of\-network we use the base price for the service and apply the coverage percentages that correspond to your out\-of\-network benefits to calculate what you'll owe.

How can I check what my out-of-network insurance benefits are?

To determine your out\-of\-network insurance benefits, you can always check with your dental insurance company to find out more about your coverage. However, our team can also check for you. All we need is your dental insurance provider and subscriber ID.

How can my exam be $0 if my insurance is out-of-network?

In many instances, out\-of\-network benefits cover preventative services, such as exams and cleanings, at 100%. For more information on your out\-of\-network dental insurance coverage, just give us your insurance provider and subscriber ID and we can figure out exactly what is covered and how much you'll owe.
